Case Study: UX Design - Managing Sponsor Articles

The task was to design screens allowing customer admins and internal customer success teams to submit, approve and alter content articles.

  • Built in SKETCH

  • Low fidelity user interaction to capture business rules and flow

  • High fidelity layouts for final business approval

    • Business Leads reviewed for final approval

    • Output to Invision and used for User Testing and presentations to beta sponsor testers

    • DEV TEAM during sprints

Content

Adding content based on team state ( roles) along with editing the content elements with a menu dropdown ( upper right of each card)

Content Order

Simple interface with drag and drop functionality. Worked for both desktop and mobile user cases.

General Information

Every allowed Sponsor attribute was made available on this screen, along with a hubspot connected email trigger that would send an email automatically to a particular team member based on the customer interaction with the screen.

A primary search tag and 4 alternative tagging criterial set by company admins

Team Assignment

As new team members were added, UI was added to allow admins to change roles of each team member
